Eliminating all forms of discrimination against women and girls is not only a fundamental human right but also crucial for accelerating sustainable development. At present, the university is working towards achieving greater gender equality through:

1. Advertising job openings on the university website and forming a committee to assess applicants impartially without discrimination.
2. Conducting student union elections fairly without bias, supervised by a committee of faculty members and student affairs.
3. Women holding leadership positions within the university, whether academic or administrative.
4. The Women Empowerment Unit at Benha University.
5. The Adult Education and Literacy Unit at Benha University.
6. Participating in presidential initiatives aimed at advancing women.
