Benha University in trying to reduce inequality between students, administrators and faculty members ,improving organizational and oversight procedures,  encouraging students with high capacities to participate in various activities at the university and exempt them from tuition expenses, supporting  them from compensation agencies and other student services, teaching human rights material to students, putting  a guide to academic guidance for students , doubling the support of the Student Solidarity Fund and also combat violence against women, this is done by:

1. The University adopts a lot of researches and studies on academic guidance and strategic planning for highly capable students
2. Academic Guidance Unit at University Colleges and the Role of Student Academic Guide
3. Disability Challenger Center for Highly Capable Students at the University
4. University Social Solidarity Fund
5. University's Violence against Women Unit
6. University Human Rights Award
