Cooperation with health institutions:

Benha University collaborates with various medical institutions to provide health services, including:

  • 100 Million Health Campaign
  • Breast Cancer  detection Campaign

International cooperation:

To implement joint programs in medicine and nursing, a webinar was held with the University of Canterbury in the UK, as part of Benha University's policy of global openness and forming strong partnerships with international universities. This meeting explored academic and research collaboration, particularly in medicine and nursing, and was conducted online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Details of memorandums of understanding with the University of Liverpool and the University of Bristol are available.

Local Community Awareness Programs and Projects

  • Contributing to the local community by implementing the first electronic sterilization gate in hospitals.
  • Holding seminars on health culture to combat COVID-19 at Benha University in Obour.
  • Providing posters and guidelines at ATM machines at Benha University to counter COVID-19.
  • Organizing various convoys to enhance development in Qalyubia villages.

  • Benha University, in cooperation with the presidential initiative, provides a women's care unit.
  • Conducting awareness seminars and campaigns to raise health literacy.
  • Training program for IVF labs at Benha University.

Smoking Prevention Policy

Smoking is completely banned in all health and educational facilities. The responsible manager can enforce actions to prevent smoking, and those who violate this (students, staff, or faculty) will face fines ranging from ten to one hundred pounds, deposited into the student fund. A “Smoke-Free Hospital” campaign is also held.
